About the Business Model Canvas Workshop

This will be an interactive workshop that will give participant a practical learning experience.

Primarily the event will be to introduce and harness the power of a Business Model Canvas for

proper business structuring/modelling, as it is transparent to most factors of a business. The

workshop will be structures into 2 phases.

? Phase 1 – Will be the theoretical part where participants will be introducing to the art of

understanding and developing a Business Model Canvas for any type of business. This will be

aided by existing business case studies and videos sourced from Strategyzer (A leading

international company in the space of business modelling).

? Phase 2 – Will be a competition driven learning experience where the participants will be

grouped and go on a challenge to model an existing business (within a space of 10 min) using

the information they would have learnt. And lastly model their own business using the

business model canvas.
