Briony is a career and business coach. She believes that whether you are running business already, or you are an employee, you need to manage your career like a business - with intention, purpose and curiosity. Prior to moving into coaching, she was a partner at an international mining consultancy and managed a team of 25 professionals from scientific and engineering backgrounds. She has observed that one of the things technical professionals struggle with most, is communicating about themselves, and making their work relatable to non-technical professionals. Many of her clients are from STEM backgrounds and work with her to improve their communication skills in person and online on platforms such as LinkedIn.
