Welcome to the 30 Day Challenge : Spring Edition!


We are so excited to have you enter the challenge and not only shape up to whatever makes you feel body confident!


To take part in the challenge you need to:


  1. Purchase your Quicket ticket here
  2. Purchase your flavour shake of choice (one Herbalife Nutrition F1 shake minimum)
  3. Take your before photos and send to your coach
  4. Be 18 years or older


Please note, a minimum of one Herbalife Nutrition F1 shake is required to enter the challenge and your 4 weeks starts 2 September as you begin your intro week with your Herbalife Nutrition coach. Your intro week includes meal ideas, snack ideas accountability, nutrition tips, one on one coaching, access to our Facebook platform as well as a 30 Day Guide with tips to help you get the best result!


Should you choose a programme that is either Healthy Habits, Gut Cleanse or Summer Shred, you will receive EXTRA meal plans and support from the coaches to make sure you are in alignment with targeting your specific goal!


Your partner, friends and family are more than welcome to join you. The stronger your accountability circle within the 4 weeks the better your result will be! Please chat to us if you would like the extra support!
