We invite you to Nourish Body, Mind and Soul in our 15 hour AYURVEDA workshop which covers :

•The Vedic process of evolution from Universal nature &Consciousness through to the 5 elements, their currents in the body-mind system and yoga asana to enhance their flow.

•Learn to understand the functions of the 3 Doshas ~Vata, Pitta, Kapha and which diet, lifestyle and asanas would restore balance and wellbeing in this body-mind system.

•Explore the Gunas, the secrets of Nature, as we enquire into the qualities of Prakriti which is

 at the foundation of mood swings and other disempowering mental/emotional occurrences.

•Asana to express the qualities of Sattva, Rajas &Tamas.

•

•Deepen your Yogic experience in the context of Ayurveda and empower yourself with knowledge of your authentic, individual nature and vedic methods of restoring and maintaining balance in body, mind and spirit.

•Yoga asana, pranayama and meditation form essential components of this workshop as yoga is specifically for the purpose of upholding the Vedic teachings. We are after all here as a result of being embodied.

Every attendee will be gifted a manual on the subjects covered.
