Blending a variety of genres like Acoustic Rock, Contemporary Flamenco, Afro-Latin, Spanish and Instrumental Pop, the show will include a performance of original compositions as well as arrangements of popular and classical music by three accomplished musicians:
Dirkie van Staden
...is a guitarist, multi- instrumentalist and music teacher originally from Cape Town, but is spending lots of time in Gauteng as part of the internationally acclaimed South African guitar duo CH2.
Wilken Calitz
...is a freelance musician from Cape Town who has two masters degrees, and a founding member of the satirical Afrikaans duo, Die Skynmaagde, which was nominated in 2014 for two MK-Awards.
Venetia Rose
...is a South African classical crossover singer who has performed at festivals like InniBOS, and the Freestate Festival. Her music has proved popularity on radio stations in the Netherlands and throughout Europe. Listed on Springbok Internet Radio’s Top 20 for 39 consecutive weeks, she is an inspiring personnae to see live.
