Lets get practical - how to approach the topic of social media and understanding the use of a social media contract. This session will also explore Social Media Self-Care for teachers, parents and learners.

About the Presenter :

Cayley Jorgensen is a Registered Counsellor with The Health Professions Council of South Africa. Her main focus is creating awareness and educating parents, teachers, and students on the mental health pressures of today’s world, as well as resources and techniques to understand and cope better. She completed her Bachelor of Arts Undergraduate Degree with distinction at the University of Pretoria and her Bachelor of Social Science Honours (BPsych Equiv) Postgraduate Degree cum laude at The South African College of Applied Psychology. She combines her passion for public speaking, mental health, and social media to help all South Africans navigate the technological space we currently live in.
