About the Course:
Anxiety can be one of the most debilitating feelings in our life, which can bring us a lot of stress and frustration. Buddha taught that to get rid of anxiety we need to be able to control our minds. On this course you will learn simple techniques to bring about a calm and peaceful mind when faced with difficulties.This course is suitable for everyone.
About the Teacher:
Colinda has been practicing Buddhism for many years and is admired for her warmth, enthusiasm and joyful approach to teaching meditation. She teaches our “Meditation for Children” classes where kids can learn simple techniques for keeping a happy mind in daily life. Colinda also teaches our weekly meditation class in Blairgowrie and several special courses annually.
