Flourish Program - Online Evenings

Flourish focuses on practices (habits) that propel you towards what you want. We may define a goal, dream, lifestyle, or way of being, but achieving it can be harder than we thought! We try to change, then revert back to old ways, or it feels too hard so we give up. This 6-month program is about supporting you to design and sustain unique practices that work for you.

The Flourish Program is R2,500.00 and includes:

  • One individual coaching session focusing on what you want to achieve, and how you are going to get there. This kickstarts the process that we follow in the group sessions.
  • Six monthly group coaching sessions to create and sustain habits and practices that assist you to achieve what you want. Groups are limited to 8 people, and include utilising tools to design changes that suit your unique context and preferences. 
  • Access to the Flourish online tool library, for the duration of the course.
  • Optional monthly payment plan - details available on request.

Dates/Times: Online 6pm - 8pm, through Zoom: 18th Sep, 16th Oct, 13th Nov, 11th Dec, 15th Jan, and 12th Feb.

The individual coaching session will be scheduled to suit your availability. This will occur between the 1st and 2nd group coaching sessions.

There are 4 programs: Mornings, Evenings, and Online (Morn/Eve options). Select which program suits your calendar. Click on "More from this organiser" (bottom right hand corner) to purchase tickets for the other programs, details listed below:

Mornings 9.30am-11.30am, in Lakeside: 19th Sep, 17th Oct, 14th Nov, 12th Dec, 16th Jan, and 13th Feb.

Evenings 6pm - 8pm, Lakeside: 17th Sep, 15th Oct, 12th Nov, 10th Dec, 14th Jan, and 11th Feb.

Online Mornings 8am-10am: 18th Sep, 16th Oct, 13th Nov, 11th Dec, 15th Jan, and 12th Feb.
