Although this workshop is of a 'personal development' nature, no specific beliefs - religious or otherwise - are required to benefit from what you'll learn. The content of this workshop is based on solid scientific understanding of the biology of stress, as well as recent findings in neuro-science and 20+ years of proven results. We use simple heart-rate variability biofeedback technology to show what you can do for yourself when you know how.


About Your Trainer, Alan Strydom


I have a background in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), PNI (Psycho-Neuroimmunology) and Hypnotherapy spanning more than 20 years. I have been the Lead Trainer and Master Coach for HeartMath in South Africa since 2012.


My personal journey with my heart and HeartMath was coming out of a 2 year depression within 2 weeks of practicing the techniques that I’ll be sharing with you. This transformed my life so much that I’ve dedicated the rest of my life to teaching others The HeartMath System.


The HeartMath Institute has led the way to the Heart, Coherence, Heart Intuition, Heart Intelligence and Resilience since 1991. It all begins with Your Heart!
