The Event

Join the St David’s Marist Inanda PTA and the school community for NiteFever - an evening of music, entertainment, artisanal food and drinks, and a spectacular interactive laser show that will light up the spring night skies on 5 October 2019 at the school.

TIMO ODV will headline the artists’ stage, after an inter-school DJ challenge that will see Joburg’s hottest emerging DJ talent in musical battle of the decks, with the winner being voted for by crowds on the night via social media. Other musical acts will support these headline performers, and there will be a variety of activities for kids of all ages including bungees, a mechanical bull, Inflatables and lots more

Guests are welcome to bring your own picnic, but there will be food trucks, a drinks tent with gin bar, beer and wine and loads more food and beverage vendors for you to choose from.

NITE FEVER GUESTS MAY NOT BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE EVENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES – DOING SO IS IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE THAT THE SCHOOL HAS PROCURED FOR THE EVENT. The organisers reserve the right to check any bags for alcohol, and are compelled by the terms of the liquor license to remove any externally purchased alcohol at the entrance.

THIS YEAR NITE FEVER WILL BE A CASHLESS EVENT, for the safety and convenience of our guests and vendors. All food and drinks vendors will have personalised Snapscan codes, which allow for quick and secure payment – no fiddling with change, reduced queuing, and no bits of paper! Guests are requested to download the secure Snapscan app from their preferred app store, and proceed through the quick and secure setup process before arriving at the event.

Tokens will be for sale at a central point, using Snapscan, for the various activities to make it easy for children to have fun!

Funds raised from this event will be used for various projects that support the school’s continued growth into the future.
