ABOUT
DESCRIPTION
In this month’s Drop-In Meditation Class Series we will be considering how anger negatively effects our own and other people’s happiness and by simply adjusting our perspective that we can very easily improve our situation without become angry or frustrated.
According to Buddha, if we want to be truly happy, we need to free ourselves from the destructive influence of anger. By meditating on the methods taught by Buddha and using them in challenging relationships and circumstances we will be able to short circuit anger and consciously respond in ways that open us up to resolutions and new possibilities.
Through this, we will be able to leave the habits of anger behind once and for all, and step into a new identity – someone who is peaceful, happy, confident, beneficial, wise, and kind.
