The Annual SAIBPP Convention is one of the most anticipated events on the property industry calendar and will be taking place on the 11^th -13^th September in Durban, KZN

The theme of this year’s convention is: ‘Funding the Future’ and the programme and activities will focus largely on the following key topics:

• Access to Funding and Development Finance
• Innovation & Entrepreneurship in the Property Sector 
• PropTech and FinTech trends that are currently re-shaping the industry. 
• New industries and opportunities

11^th September: All day Masterclasses & Welcome cocktail

12^th September: Main plenary session and SAIBPP Awards Dinner (evening) 

13^th September: City Tour hosted by eThekwini Municipality / Golf day (TBC)
