If in a time of fire and iron we were called to defend what we love, in an emerging time of water and earth is the invitation not perhaps to heed the call of Rumi to “let the beauty we love be what we do?”  

Amid a critical degeneration of the relationship between the industrialised human collective and the rest of nature is there any hope of restoration? If such hope exists, to what are we individually and collectively called in its service?
