Trotters is pleased to presents the 2019 East Rand Braai Day Competition on the 24 September
Braai is part of our history and Heritage. South Africans are truly the Masters in the skill of Braai.
Come test your BRAAI flair And Presentation Skills against other teams and become our braai master.
Teams of 4 will go head to head against each other with their own unique braai techniques, dishes and secret recipes.
Teams need to bring all equipment and decor for this event.
Our Local talented chefs from Capsicum Culinary Studio will be judging your braai meal.
2 Plates of the following needs to be presented to the Judges
First round: Beef
Second Round: Lamb
If you don’t want to partake in the competition, you can still bring your whole family to enjoy our Menu and the family fun atmosphere with live music.
Jumping castle for kids with pony rides.
First Prize: Mid Week camp site for each team member at Dinokeng Camp & Leisure Lodge
Second Prize: Durable Cooler bags from Adventure Trek
Third Prize: Hampers from Distell and SAB
