The breath is a process that happens involuntarily without any thought or control. However, when we choose to be conscious of our breath, with awareness and adaptation, we open ourselves up to the powerful benefits that this life force has on offer. This workshop will, therefore, be an invitation to you to reconnect with your most precious yet overlooked tool, the breath.

We will guide & provide you with a range of breathing techniques used to energise and revitalise, detoxify and purify, as well as calm and relax both mind and body. The breathing will be incorporated and explored through gentle yoga and deep meditations, in a safe space where each of us can explore the benefits of the breath on all layers: physical, emotional and mental.

We want to give you the tools to destress or revitalize on the spot, wherever, whenever you may need them. Take these tools home with you and watch the integration as you have the free, inward practices at your disposal to use when you feel necessary.

Join us for an introduction into the magic of breath, a simple, ever-present and sacred tool that can be used to bring balance and harmony to everyday life.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the workshop to sign up and register. The space will be open and available to you to settle into from 17:30 pm. There will be time for tea and chats after the workshop if you would like to stay and chat with like-minded people.


Includes: Breathing techniques to use on and off your mat, gentle yoga, experience with essential oils and understanding their benefits, tea and hopefully a whole lot of calm.

Payment will secure your spot. We are limited to 20 people to ensure the workshop is intimate and focused on each individual that shows up.
