Magical Cycle of Life

We will be introducing ourselves to the natural rhythms of the earth & how it relates to our mind, body & spirit.

We will be exploring how each season affects our physical body & how to flow more gently through the seasonal cycles in a year.

As we now scientifically acknowledge S.A.D (Seasonal Adjustment Disorder), we can agree that looking at how we work with each season can benefit our lives and lead to a more expansive experience of life.

The evolution of our species was dependent upon a close relationship with the cycles of life:

- Marking of the seasons

- Understanding the cycles of the moon

- Celebrating the power of the sun

Together we will re-engage with the pulse of the earth & explore how each season brings in new awareness to our surroundings, body & emotional well-being.

Activities:

We will discuss the elements of each season and how it has the potential to guide as more easily through the year, such as:

- The direction (North, South, East, West)

- Element (Earth, Air, Fire, Water)

- Chakras associated with each season

- Essential oils

- Incense

- Tea

We will also fully immerse ourselves in the experience through a gentle yoga and meditation sequence lead by Altasha Lubbe and to finish off we will all make our own Incense stick "Impepho" for the winter season.

?? Parents are welcome to bring their kids to attend Conscious Kids while parents enjoy Conscious Club ????????????

This will take place from 14:30 - 16:00.

There will be kids yoga, meditation, creative activities and a jumping castle and jungle gym.

Parents who do not want to attend Conscious Club but want their kids to attend Conscious Kids are more than welcome. Hot tea will be served while you wait and relax around the fire in the pine forest ?? ??

Afterwards Andries Bruyns and his team from Klitsgras Drumming will take us on an interactive sound journey to bring the event to completion. It's highly encouraged that you bring a drum or rent one from the venue, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. This starts at around 7pm until late.
