??An awesome New Name re-launch plus bootcamp on the 6th of July 2019 at the Johannesburg children's home.

?Purpose of the event:

1. Meet and greet ladies and gents who have been part of the fitness and health by Coach Samu weightloss programs and hear their success stories.
2. Meet and greet new ladies and gents who are interested to start living healthy lives.
3. Have a fun filled day with lots of exercise activities.
4. To encourage one another through our fitness journies.
5. To experience fun through fitness.

Activities of the day.

• Morning coffee/tea
• Warm up stretch & yoga with Mathabo.
• Bootcamp by Coach Samu.
• Netball with Mrs Mngomezulu.
• Soccer for the guys.
• Lunch
• Nutritional talk.
• Close off

Individual tickets are R250 but bring friends and each pay R200.
