ABOUT

Always wanted to make your own home-made preserves, chutneys and pickles but lacked the know-how? Let us show you how and tell you “why”? This course is an opportunity for the novice to learn hands on how to make a selection of products under the watchful eye of our experienced cooks.

This is not an exam, we will be helping and guiding you all the way in a relaxed and friendly environment. At the end of the day you will have prepared, cooked and bottled your own products (Blackberry and Fig Jam, Peach Atchar, Chilli Beetroot and Piccallili) to be taken home and shared with loved ones. We will gladly answer questions relating to any products we manufacture but you have not made during the course.
