SECRET SUNRISE FIT !!!
We are so excited to share our newly developed Secret Sunrise FIT! This high energy, up beat, HIIT session will have your heart pumping, endorphins rocking and your booty shaking. Expect the same Secret Sunrise dance fun combined with aerobics and body weight training for the ultimate 360 fitness mash up experience that will leave you feeling on top of the world .... and craving more!
We will be launching Secret Sunrise FIT at THAT FUN FIT FEST - Be Your Own HERO event at Rosebank Sunday Market. What better way to come out with a bang?

New to the SS community? Its not like anything you have done before....You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by "instructors" to dance, move and party ! No experience needed.

- Time: 8 AM - 9 AM (please collect headphones 15 min before)
- Location: Rosebank Sunday Market
- For whom: All ages, bring the whole family and #sharethejoy
- What to bring: Warm cloths, some water and if you feeling adventurous dress to theme.
- Entrance fee (dance): Tickets bought through TFFF at R 200 each or 4 for R 600.
-Theme: Be your own hero.
