Welcome to Secret Sunrise Cape Town - Global Dance for World Mental Health Day.

We are so excited to have joined forces with The World Federation for Mental health on a Global scale as well as SA Federation for Mental Health within South Africa.

"The WFMH is a global mental health advocacy organization that created WMHDAY about 27 years ago to put a spotlight on the needs of global mental health. WMHDAY is an opportunity for everyone to unite and create one strong voice for better mental health care, resources, awareness etc.   We encourage people all over the world to hold events or join us on social media to spread the word far and wide about mental health and the theme."

We also suuuuper duuuuper excited to be dancing and an amazing new venue in the Northern suburbs... Oak Tree Stables surrounded by fields and horses. What a way to end your day?

Born under African skies, the global movement Secret Sunrise aims to unite the world through dance and conscious collaboration.

This global family aims to get the world grooving.

Join us in getting up and out of your comfort zone, dancing, connecting and feeling complete freedom and self expression.

WHEN: 5 October 2019

TIME: 5 - 6 PM

WHERE: Venue: Oak Tree Stables, Altydgedacht Estate 

Please note: venue has to be put into your maps as Oak Tree stables as it's a separate section of the farm, it also picks up as a business on Google for directions.

Directions from Altygedacht Estat main entrance;

Go straight on dirt road into the farm. When the sign for the wine tasting is on the left, turn right here between the white poles.

Keep going on the dirt road towards the back of the farm.

You will see cars parked. Park here and then follow the Oak Tree Stables signs by foot to the paddock.

THEME: With a touch of green.

Headphones are given to you, facilitators guide you.
