The week of 9 - 19 October 2019 is National Nutrition and Obesity Week (NNOW) and World Food Day is celebrated on 16 October.

The theme of the year's NNOW is "make eating whole foods a way of life". Therefore the focus of this year’s joint symposium is on diet transition over the years and what’s to come in the future.

Our esteemed speakers will be talking about nutrition transition and the impact of technology will have on our diets specifically around obesity and Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs)
