ABOUT

Running Kin believe that ALL our female runners should feel safe when on the road. Be it alone, in the early hours of the morning or when the sun starts to set in the late afternoons.

Thanks to the team from "Fight Like A Girl" and their generosity, we can help make that happen. Founding members and instructors, Ann and Christine, will host this informative and interactive workshop - equipping you with basic "tools" to empower and protect you.

All the funds raised from our seminar will be going towards the Sanctuary Project which falls under Brighter Future. Sanctuary Project is partnering with KZN Valley Dogs, Funda Nenja and Pulse Veterinary Clinic to set up Sterilisation Clinics in the areas that need it most. Our goal is to complete two clinics in the next 12 months. Each clinic aims to sterilise a minimum of 120 dogs (240 in total).

Our first massive sterilisation clinic will be held in the Inanda Valley in September 2019. I have chatted to our outreach instructors and Christine and we have decided to run FLAG workshops for the kids in the Valley who bring their dogs in to be sterilised, so part of the funds raised by this workshop will be going towards this. Not only are you helping us raise money for much needed sterilisations but you are also helping us further our outreach campaign to kids who really need it ??

We have just gone live with our new website so you can learn more about Brighter Future and everything we are involved in here: https://brighterfuture.org.za/ (would love to hear your thoughts on the website too as my agency built it ??)

NOTE:- Due to topics of a sensitive nature, girls 12 years and older will only be permitted to attend.
