Reflection and 'Re-intention' for 2019 - Vision Boards

ABOUT

Join us for morning of reflection, 're-intention' and creation in which you will be guided through an executive coaching process in order to have clarity on 'what matters' for the second half of 2019. All material supplied and tea/coffee served.

During our time together you will:

• Reflect on the first half of 2019.
• Gain clarity on what areas of your life you need to 'declutter'
• Understand the patterns you have been living into over the past 6 months
• Identify what 'positives' you will be taking with you into the second half of the year
• Delete the 'goals' that don't serve you
• Set clear and authentic intention about the way forward from here
• Create a Vision Board that carves out your way forward

Please dress comfortably and bring along a pen, notebook and any old magazines you have to 'donate' to our creative experience.
