12:00 Imbuko Wines for a vertical chenin blanc tasting, Pie & Wine Pairing in front of the fireplace (Snacks, cold drinks, craft beer, gourmet milk shakes and coffes available for your own account)

14:30 Cummings Guest House & Val du Charron & check ins

Rest of the day at leisure to explore on your own and relax at your lodgings.


Thursday 20 June: F&B Day

10:30 Wellington Wines at Bovlei introduction to the village & welcome, breakfast snack & beverage courtesy of Wellington Wine Route

12:00 Diemersfontein Country Estate Site tour, Wine tasting and set menu Lunch.

14:00 Site Inspections & Check In at Val du Charron, Dunstone Country Manor.

15:00 Africamps at Doolhof site inspection & check in & Doolhof Wine Estate tasting.

16:30 Return to lodgings to freshen up and relax.

18:00 Breytenbach Sentrum  food & beverage showcase & pizza dinner courtesy of Wellington Wine Route

Changes to Itinerary

Event venues, activities, experiences and meals might interchange or change to a similar.

Venues have the right to cancel or move subsided rooms as bookings by full rate paying guests dictate. We'll then need to source similar rooms.

Overnight programmes run on 24 hour cycles from check in to after lunch the following day. You'll be extended an invitation to join us earlier or stay later.

Day programmes start from 10am breakfast to 5pm on the same day unless istrd otherwise.


The Reason for our Educational Visits

To meet the management and staff of the hotels and experience providers, gather information and experience what the destinations has to offer to assist in designing travel itineraries for inbound visitors to Southern Africa.

Room Allocations

You have the option to select 5 star, a suite in a 4 star venue or a family room.

The next rate option is from four star rooms up to safari style tents.

Rooms are allocated on a first booked basis.


Dietary Options

Most trips cater for vegetarian, low carb, halal friendly and non-alcoholic preferences.


The Ticket Fee

Applied to offset the operating costs of inclusions such as reservations, applicable gratuities, refreshments, extra beverages, partly sponsored offerings and gifts.


Exclusions

Transport to and from the events unless stated as a ticket option or listed in the itinerary. Hotel extras not stated in the itinerary such as meals, beverages, other front desk and concierge services provided would be for your own account upon checkout.


Professionals

For active travel and event planners only and subject to confirmation of your company details supplied. You're welcome to invite colleagues in your profession.

The event description will state should you be able to bring partners, friends and family.

The venues visited will expect a business card.


Refunds

If you're be unable to attend after booking, you're welcome to appoint another representative from your company or specific industry. Due to limited capacity for each event, we're unable to process refunds.
