Join us as we chat with the Founders of Hormonal Harmony and gain an understanding of our bodies and the role our hormones play on our energy levels to operate at our best - both being a mom and a business owner.

A mother-daughter team that aims to reconnect women to their bodies, to increase health, happiness and personal power. Our hormones are always communicating with us - let Nicola (a cycle awareness coach and women's circle facilitator) and Beatrice (a nutritional medicine practitioner and reproductive health coach) guide you in understanding how to support healthy hormones and live your life in flow.
