Current lineup:

- 5km run with Ryan Sandes and Marius Hurter

- Boot-camp with Monique Lopes (Monique.Fit)

- Explosives dance session with Icon fitness

- Botle Kayamba warm up, cool down and dance fit session

- MetaFit with Kate Couchman 

- Health Food preparation with Fit like Mummy


Families will get a chance to spend an awesome day outdoors taking part in a whole host of activities, including a 5km run, a high octane boot-camp with Monique Lopes, Kate Coachman will taking us through her MetaFit session and the best dance session with the all inspiring Fitness Icon team, don't forget about the all inspiring Botle Kayamba with a fun warm up for our runners, dance-fit session and a relaxed cool-down to end the day with.


Bring your furry-friend along for the run!


You will also have the opportunity to meet and great Ryan Sandes, world renowned trail runner and Marius Hurter, Springbok Rugby Prop 1995 world cup holder.


And for those foodies out there, we will have the amazing Natasha Kisten-Skuce AKA Fit Like Mummy doing a food demo showing us all how easy food preparation can be and how to make your very own home-made nut-butters and more.


There will be a kiddies area, with a jumping castle, face painting and child minders, as well as food vendors and stalls on the day.

Kids under 8 are free


You all-inclusive ticket will give you access to all events, including a free gym vest to the first 20 tickets sold and 30 free buffs to the next lot of tickets sold in the goodie bag.


Each ticket will also enter you into our draw for amazing prizes, and should you be kind enough to donate to one of our causes this will give you an additional entry into the main prize.


All profits raised will go to our charity beneficiaries.
