Justine Bannister, international Television and Media Consultant presents an eye-opening experience around project development and funding, international distribution, marketing, press, brand positioning, web, digital and community management.
Justine is an independent media consultant with 20 years experience in the industry notably at 20th Century Fox, Lagardère, Disney Channels France, TV Loonland, Mediatoon and PGS Entertainment. Her very broad skillset spans distribution, acquisitions, co-productions, production, post-production, marketing, brand and community management.
As Head of International Distribution, Justine developed a very strong track record in spotting hot properties, acquiring them, and turning them into global brands. She tripled sales revenues at each company, inking several major pan-European and pan-global deals for key properties.
Justine also works on project evaluation for international funding organisations and sits on several international Animation Festival juries.

Morning Session 2. – Pitch Perfect!
- Pitching & The Pitch Bible
- How to pitch (anything & to anyone!) The Elevator Pitch - Ps & Qs of Pitching
- Doing your homework - researching broadcasters, programming requirements etc.
- How to organize, prepare and follow-up a broadcaster meeting
Conclusion - revision of key points
Introduction of pitching practice sessions for the afternoon

- Split everyone into groups in preparation and give each group one ‘project’
Afternoon Session 1. - Pitch Practice
-Groups to put together their pitch within 20-30mins
(depending on time constraints and size of groups)
