• We encourage all event goers to take taxis to and from the venue, a drop and go will be available.

• Parking will be available at the venue.

• There will be food and drinks on sale at the venue.

• Strictly no under 18s.

FESTIVAL RULES

• No Under 18’s
• Right of admission reserved
• No pass-outs
• No ID / Passport = no entry
• No alcohol or liquids of any kind to be brought into the festival
• No glass
• No animals
• No illegal substances
• No drones
• No passouts
• No fires / skottels / hubbly / gas / braais
• Please remember to respect the environment and leave no trace. No litter bugs.
• No professional photography equipment unless you are accredited media. Any camera with an interchangeable lens system is considered professional equipment.
• If you exit the festival for whatever reason, you will be subject to a full security check on re-entry
• No entry will be permitted after gate closing times

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING

Bring YOUR festival ticket (a digital copy is fine) and 1 of these 3 forms of Identification:

• ID

• PASSPORT

• DRIVER’S LICENSE

NO ID / PASSPORT = NO ENTRY.

Lost your ID? You will need to bring a valid affidavit from the SAPS explaining what happened to your original document. Affidavit to include your ID / passport number as well as your name and surname.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PHASES?

All tickets give you the same general access into the festival for the full day experience. The earlier you buy your ticket the cheaper it is. More info here:  http://inthecityjhb.co.za/info/

GOLDEN CIRCLE?

There is no golden circle at this year’s event. All tickets give you general access for the full day experience.

SELL MY TICKETS / UNABLE TO ATTEND

If you’re no longer able to attend the event you can put your ticket up for sale on TicketPony.co.za. Once the new owner pays for it, it will be transferred to their name and ID number. If you find a buyer privately, you can transfer the ticket to them directly from your Quicket account.
