?The Voices of Destiny Conference is a platform for Women of Substance to take people from brokenness to wholeness through positive guidance and intervention initiatives, as well as equipping and mentorship programs for establishing personal vision and mission for individuals who have lost all hope and desire to excel positively within our previously disadvantaged communities.
