Hosted by the SARChI Chair in Intellectual Property, Innovation and Development and the IP Unit both in the Faculty of Law at the University of Cape Town on behalf of the AIPLITL, the conference will bring together a wide variety of law teachers, researchers and practitioners in IP and/or IT law from Southern Africa and the rest of the world to share in legal developments, research activity and teaching at the forefront of IP and IT law and practice.
