Michael Canfield and James Smith are Big Shoes.Canfield, 65, and Smith, 20, are two unstoppable musical forces from different generations, different continents and completely different life experiences, who come together in a place where their passion for performance, astounding creativity, and mutual love of the rock, soul and blues of the 20th Century explode into a freewheeling and exhilarating experience for artist and audience alike. Two great musicians, playing guitars, drums, ukuleles and keyboards, singing their butts off and enjoying every minute of it!
Canfield is from the USA, has more than 50 years of a career that's seen him perform on some of the biggest stages on the planet with some of the biggest stars in the world. (and some of the dingiest dives!) Smith comes from Port Elizabeth in South Africa and is a wunderkind just emerging onto the national and international stage.
