Join our family fitness event. We will be showcasing our beautiful little Island; teams will experience Leisure’s hidden gems and learn about the history while having a blast competing in a fun family friendly event.
Important Information:
- The first event is located at the Enhanced Gym at 9 Hadeda Street, Knysna Industrial and the second event is located at the Steenbok Nature Reserve. Team members are required to drive from the first event to the second event.
- This event is suitable for beginners.
- ! One teammate is required to be female or to include a child between the ages of 10 -14yrs.
Team Requirements:
Each team will need:
- A car
- A camera phone
- Swimming costumes and workout clothes.
- 4 team members.
- Hats and Sunblock

Prizes:
1st: R1,500
2nd: R1,000
3rd: R500
