ABOUT

Buddha taught that each of us have an extraordinary potential for inner growth and transformation, called our Buddha nature. This pure potentiality is utterly indestructible and exists amidst the negativity that often crowds our mind. When this potential meets the right conditions, the qualities of enlightenment will awaken within us and we will experience pure, lasting happiness.

This course aims to help us start to identify with this pure potential, rather than our limitations, and begin to train in special methods to cause this pure nature to ripen.
