Louise Driver, CEO of Children’s Hospital Trust, is our speaker and will have just delivered this talk internationally at the IFC Conference in the Netherlands. 
 
The presentation focuses on how to engage your organisation's internal and external stakeholder groups in your fundraising campaigns to ensure maximum success. It shows how to engage trustees, patrons, partners, media, government, donors, community and other major stakeholders in mutually beneficial relationships. The presentation will focus on:
  • Learning how to harness the skills, expertise and input of major stakeholders.
  • Learning how to develop strategies to include stakeholders in your fundraising campaigns.
  • How to effectively tailor communication, events and campaigns for your different stakeholder?groups.
