Lets dance for peace, unity and love this Madiba day - 67 minutes of pure expression and connection in the best possible way.

Get fit, de-stress and tune into our bigger connectedness !!!

We start off with some yoga stretching and tuning in and work our way through a fantastic playlist of epic tunes as our heart beats start increasing. We end off with meditation and cool down.

Anyone can do it. All welcome.
