ABOUT
Ingoma The Musical features Siphiwe Nkosi from Isibaya as narrator, John Lata as writer and producer, and is performed buy young acts from around Ekurhuleni.
It's a theater production that depicts the origins of "ingoma" or song, and how it came to shape the cultural identity of the African people.
It's a mixture of traditional music and dance, pansula, gumboot dance and modern dance as the main genres featured on the show.
The show will be touring different theaters around the country, starting off with Germiston Theater on the 9th of March 2019.
Patrons will be treated to a spectacle of professional production work crafted in Ekurhuleni.
