ABOUT
In this class, we will be working with the energies of Sacral Chakra. We will invoke the energies of Goddess Isis, Mother Mary, Archangel Gabriel to help us release dense lower frequencies & activate the body to anchor more light in this energy portal.
I will lead you through a guided meditation; flowing into quiet time. This quiet time is for you to express yourself through the medium of art. Below are some of my favourite quote - that says it all.

You will receive an A4 size stretched canvas and acrylic paint. No experience is required. Come as you are. I welcome you into a safe, loving and supportive space, to freely express yourself.
