ABOUT

You guys asked, we listened.... Steve is coming back to our stage and again accompanied by the beautiful Carly Nauta!

Steve will be performing his original acoustic folk rock songs from his new album Storybook and songs from his artists of influence. Including the likes of Mumford and Sons, Neil Young, Bob Dylan and Donovan.

Steve Van, ex Junglebook Vultures, “One of the pioneers of Acoustic Rock in SA” – Evan Milton – Cape Argus

“Catchy melodies, solid song writing skills. One of SA’s many talented stars” - Tiaan Olivier - Cape Argus

“Steve’s musical style is unique and has a certain kind of vulnerability that one can relate to. As we know, every song that has ever been written has a back-story, what it was that inspired the tune and how it came into being.

Steve has definitely found his way in staying humble and grounded and is able to appreciate all that life has to offer - the highs and the lows. He is real... and beautifully talented”. Jessica Garvie - Living Music South Africa

Carly is a seasoned professional performer, currently performing full time in and out of the country, and will be accompanying Steve on violin.
