to their behavior and attitude. She also trains on Sales, Persuasion, Presentations and Emotional Intelligence.

Shani Naidoo

Shani has been in the accounting, compliance, and tax industry for the last 20 years. She is a registered financial and management accountant,

tax practitioner, business rescue practitioner, compliance officer, business strategic advisor and is currently involved with completing her NLP Health Masters qualification.

Shani is also the Ex-financial director of the Midrand Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Throughout the years Shani has presented annual tax seminars and workshops

for SME’s as well as a women’s event last year in August 2018, The New Business Woman Of The Future. Being in the industry this long enabled her to spot a constant gap

in the sector for SME’s….the constant lack of effective support structures and service offerings that enable these businesses to grow and adapt to the changing economic climate that we live in.

The target is to provide a scalable service offering that makes compliance, adhering to regulations and business requirements simple and cost-effective,

but also teaching the business owner fundamental elements that every business owner must be aware of. Aligning the business owner with his/her business…

applying a holistic approach to business in the digitization age.

This company will execute the SME training workshops and educational seminars amongst other business service offerings outside of accounting and tax services.

Hence, a new company was born and launched at the women’s event in 2018 called SME Warrior – “awakening the warrior within“.
