Digital to Reality - An introduction to 3D Printing

2 Day workshop that will take you through the process of designing, setting up a model  and printing on a 3D Printer. The workshop will cover theory on 3d Printing, CAD softwares used, other sites regarding 3D Printing and more. The workshop will also teach the basics of free CAD software Sketchup, modelling a keychain and then preparing the model and getting to print it out on the final day, giving you a keychain to take away with you.

 

What to Bring:

Bring a laptop, download Sketchup and think of an idea of a keychain to work on.
