Join us for a very special evening at the Avant-Garde Restaurant. Complimentary flaming cocktail and oysters on arrival will set the tone for a lavish 4-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Michélle Theron.

Russian black rye, nectarine whipped farm butter

Asparagus, fennel, pear and creamed Gorgonzola
