Yoga Basics for Moms
Join Aniesa and like-minded moms on this 5 day, online beginners yoga series for those moms who are looking to start a yoga practice or for those who've tried yoga and want to a get better knowledge on the basic yoga postures.
By the end of the series you will :
- have a sound foundation on the various standing, seated and balancing postures (asanas)
- know which household items you can use as props to support your yoga practice
- understand the fundamentals of breathwork (pranayama) and its benefits
- be able to start a meditation practice
The classes will run Monday to Friday from 16h30 until 17h15, with each day focused on specific postures and their therapeutic benefits.
Aniesa is a Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher, and has been a practicing yogi for the past 19 years. She has helped countless new yogis start their yoga practice and enjoy a more vibrant and joyful connection with the body, mind and soul.
