ABOUT
Sleekgeek brings you group fitness for all on a Sunday!We were hoping to find a corporate sponsor who wanted to get behind us so that we could keep our classes free unfortunately despite our best efforts this has proved a fruitless endeavour.
Our Groupfit coaches need to be paid for their time, especially because we are asking them to work on Sunday away from their families and on their leisure time - it's only fair.
As such we have decided to charge a R20 fee per session to fund the coaches and any venue costs we may have.
The plan is to roll Groupfit on this basis out to other areas and regions.
From the research we have done this is still the cheapest paid bootcamp classes you will get. Our promise is to make sure you have well qualified coaches and a safe environment.

Participants must bring:
- Towels (preferably bath towels – ie long enough to double up as exercise equipment),
- Water bottles
- Mats if they have
SG Groupfit is here to offer EVERYONE accessible fitness on a Sunday morning that is safe and conducted by quality coaches.
It is also a fantastic way to meet other Sleekgeeks while doing something healthy for yourself!

The project has kicked off in Johannesburg and there are classes every Sunday morning at Blairgowrie Primary School
Cape Town will launch very soon (watch this space) and then we are looking at the rest of the country.
