The Facilitator:

For 11 years, Marang Marekimane worked on business process improvements projects in large corporations like FNB and Standard Bank. Since 2014 she has focused on enterprise development and improving the ecosystem for SME’s.

The Session:

During this session, we will do practical work to:

• design your ideal customer experience;
• determine who to recruit and what tools they’ll need to do the work;
• set standards to maintain quality and consistency;
• measure what matters and learn how to use that information to grow the business

At the end of this practical session, you’ll be able to:

• improve your business processes;
• assign roles and responsibilities more effectively - to be more efficient;
• Improve customer service - consistently delivering a wow experience;
• Empower staff, customers and suppliers.
