Cape Town Experiences Awards

This February, Cape Town welcomes the inaugural Cape Town Experiences Awards, a gala event of six intimate ceremonies, each acknowledging and rewarding 20 outliers in their unique field.  

With 600 industry professionals nominated, the Cape Town Experiences Awards aims celebrate and acknowledge excellence in the Cape. Industry award ceremonies to run as follows:

·        19 Feb- Tourism Adventures & Activities

·        20 Feb- Arts & Entertainment

·        21 Feb- Media & Biz

·        26 Feb- Wine, Beer & Spirits

·        27 Feb- Hospitality & Bars

·        28 Feb- Restaurant Awards

Out of 600 nominees, our anonymous panel of judges, convened from 4 esteemed media companies, will select 120 winners. with 20 winners announced every night.

Each ceremony will be a red carpet gathering of industry professionals with national award winning hosts like comedian Kolping Mbumba and local fashion icon and entertainment entrepreneur Sachi Okada.

This event with take the Cape by storm as we invite the public to join us for READER’S CHOICE VOTING which will make up 40% of the final decision! Never has there been such a variety of outliers brought together for one event – from radio presenters to fashion photographers, rising star chefs, tech entrepreneurs – you name it!
