Lead Elders: Planting, transitioning, and leading a local church 2019
Planting or transitioning a local church is an amazing and absolute privilege. Growing a church into a base church is an awesome responsibility. But how do we do it God's way? How do we keep our own sanity and health in check? How do we raise and choose a team - and create a fruitful base church that goes to, and serves, the nations?
