Spend Valentines dinner on the tracks in Cullinan with good food, wine, music and dancing.
3 pairs of Chefs from different restaurants will be honoured to prepare a Valentines meal for you and your special partner with a fund and exciting twist.
The setting will be done on the train track.
3 long table - seating of 12 each.
3 different cuisines prepared by 3 different chefs.

Starter:
Deep fried filo pocket with mushroom and cheese served with basil pesto and lemon.
Main:
Roasted wild boar, sour cream mashed potatoes, sugar snaps peas with mint salted, caramel carrots.
Desert:
Amarula malva pudding with ice cream and marula syrup.
The Snackery
Starter:
Poached pear, cream cheese, fine biltong and balsamic reduction
Main:
Beef fillet medallions with a drizzle of dark Belgian chocolate and chopped Mexican chilli; on a bed of rocket served with orange cous cos and farm style mixed vegetables sautéed in sesame oil.
Desert:
Nastergal creme rule served with espresso and Armenac.
Oppistasie Restaurant
Starter:
Peri-peri chicken livers served with a Portuguese Roll.
Main:
Roast Beef served with with creamy brown onion, baby potatoes, brown rice, gravy, sweet carrots and roasted vegetables.
Desert:
Fudge Picasso served with whipped cream garnished with a strawberry.
