Being one of the very first drummers to record covers and upload them on Youtube, he has pathed the way for many drummers on Youtube today. Born in Carnarvon in the Karoo in the Northern Cape province and growing up in a small town in South Africa called Humansdorp, Cobus has since moved to Los Angeles, America and has built a solid career for himself. 

Cobus will be returning to South Africa for a short period where he will be hosting a clinic and seminar in Johannesburg and Cape Town. This is definitely not to be missed!
