Virgin Active is bringing you an Outdoor Sunrise Yoga event like no other – so you can get your Zen on to start the new year feeling refreshed.
We’re calling all aspiring and experienced yogis to come and get stretchy with us at Virgin Active Point’s outdoor Grid area on Saturday 12 January 2019 at 07:30. We’ll enjoy a morning of stretching and serenity as yoga instructor Joelle Sleebos takes us from pose to pose – in unison.
What to bring:
A sweat towel
