The Lamrin instructions are a special set of teachings that are the essence of all Buddha’s 84 000 teachings. These Lamrin instructions are all contained within 21 meditations, which we will be doing on this Meditation retreat.

Attendance: It is possible to attend a single retreat session or as many sessions as you wish.

You will be guided by our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Mila


Gen Kelsang Mila was ordained in 2010 and has been Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre’s resident teacher since September 2010. She is greatly appreciated as a meditation teacher and is especially known for her clarity, humour and inspirational presentation of Dharma. Her teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life. Through her gentle and joyful approach and peaceful example, she has helped many people find true happiness in their hearts.
